Compliment Day

Today is compliment day so I’ve decided to write down all the compliments I want to give today here and then either text them out or give them in person. 🙂

What compliments are you giving out today?
Who are you giving them out to?

To my husband, Tyson, you are such a hard worker who inspires me every day to do better. You are genuine, honest, kind, and loving and I am so proud of you.

To my dad, your unwavering love for me and the rest of our family is something everyone should be jealous of and strive towards.

To my stepmom, Nikki, you put other people’s children ahead of yourself (with an insane amount of patience) and have for a long time, which I find so incredibly admirable.

To my mom, you have a heart of gold and always try to do what’s best for everyone involved and I try so hard to be like you when dealing with other people.

To my uncle, Tony, you’re such a humble, genuine person. And I appreciate the brutal honesty you are willing to give me.

To my auntie, Karen, you’re the kind of mother (and aunt) that all children deserve and I want to be like you when I ‘grow up’.

To Courtney, you make a difference in every single life you come across. I feel so fortunate that I’ve had you in my life for almost 25 years.

To Matt, you have a heart of gold. Your love for my children astounds me every day and I always know I have a friend and confidant in you.

To Jonah, you have the ability to see the bigger picture and understand multiple viewpoints in a world where people are very one-sided. Not only that you are a true friend and I appreciate your friendship!

To Alo, you should be so proud of who you are. Not many people are as genuine or have the kind of heart that you do.

To Dave, you have an uncanny knack for always being able to make me laugh even if I don’t want to smile.

To Tiffany, your determination to give your children the best life possible is admirable and refreshing. I am so lucky to have you as a friend and role model.

To Billy, the compassion you have for everyone you meet teaches me every day to be nice to everyone.

To Lauren, you are even more beautiful on the inside than you are on the outside.

To Emily, I don’t know how you do it, but you look amazing even in sweatpants.

I sent everyone on my list their compliments and the ones who saw them or were awake sent me the sweetest messages back. I think everyone should give this a try today. It made my whole morning! ❤

Much Love,
Ashley
