Meet Tia! This woman is absolutely gorgeous! She’s pregnant right now and I am loving seeing all of her baby bump pics. Is it just me, or does anyone else love seeing a woman rock pregnancy the way Tia does? Maybe it’s because I was nowhere close to rocking it in my 3rd trimester so I like to hope it happens to other people! Ahahaha Give her a follow on Instagram at @sincerelypbj or head over to her blog and enjoy her pregnancy with her!
Tia, thank you for being a part of Feature Friday!
Hello, I am Tia. I am a proud wife and mama of two littles, and currently expecting baby #3 very soon! I enjoy connecting with other mamas, blogging, cooking for my family, and providing skin care treatments.
- What made you want to start blogging?
Since I am a stay at home mother for the moment, I thought it would be nice to share bits of our daily life with others that can maybe relate.
- What is your favorite book/movie of all time and why did it speak to you so much?Moms Night Out is most def. one of my favorite movies. I can just relate on all levels.
- What did you want to do growing up and are you doing it now?
I never really knew what I wanted to do growing up, I just always lived for that exact moment, In high school, I had some thoughts but even going to career fairs I was so clueless. I ended up going for child development and earned some certifications for that, then living in SoCal I thought … Real Estate would be great to get into. I later then realized it wasn’t for me. I also got really into makeup and just the beauty industry, I’ve done makeup for runways, models, Halloween events… basically, anything you name it. For the last three years I have been a Licensed Esthetician, and although I have been home I could never lose interest in Skincare. I feel it is so important to take care of not only your health but your skin you live in.
- What is the craziest thing you’ve ever done and would you do it again?
Craziest thing I’ve done was one day my husband decided we should move two hours away, which I have never done in my adult life. I would say it was a great experience to explore new places I’ve never been to. Although moving can be a big hassle I would totally move across somewhere again. Making memories with my little family is the best thing in life.
- What was the worst phase of your life?
The worst phase in my life would probably be pregnant my senior year of high school only because that was a tough year of bullying and criticism. Many people would bash and say I was messing up my life. Although it was something I did not plan, I’m grateful for it happening I would have not been the mother I am today. I am not ashamed one bit because I proved everyone wrong . I did graduate and got my diploma and went to college and moved out by the time I was 19.
- What was the best phase of your life?
The best phase of my life was, becoming a mother and a wife. I love being the one that holds it all together. Being a mama is the glue to anything. Your kids are the one thing that will always look up to you and be happy and love you more than anything in the world, no matter how you are feeling about yourself.
